Layers of Design Creative Studio is a multidisciplinary studio bridging the gap between architecture and the community through design, community events and conversations.
Starting as a podcast in 2019, LoD continues to share stories of architects and designers that create an impact in the built environment, participate in design competitions and host events that initiate conversations about the benefits of architecture in different communities. We aim to grow into a trusted design and architecture company that emphasizes the idea that every community deserves good design.

Ebehi Diaz-Ijewere is a designer who believes that good design contributes to the well-being of a community. She enjoys travelling, hiking, mentoring and having conversations with like-minded people. Apart from building Layers of Design, she works at an engineering firm as a designer on industrial projects and sits on the board of directors of AIA Atlanta and NOMA Atlanta as the Communications Director and Professional Development Director respectively.
